Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• 15+ years progressive EHS experience including 5+ years multi-site or regional leadership
• Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical or 24/7 high-hazard industrial operations
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple U.S. states with federal, state and local regulatory engagement
• Required certification: CSP, CIH, ASP, CHMM, OHST or NEBOSH
• Proficiency with enterprise EHS management information system and data-driven reporting
• Strong executive communication and ability to prioritize in matrixed organization
• Ability to travel 40-60% across U.S. and Canada and walk data center and construction sites
