Hands-on benefits and leave operator with deep US and Canada experience who thrives on accurate, compliant execution and compassionate employee support. You enjoy owning complex cases and simplifying operations with partners.

Requirements

• 6-9+ years in benefits administration, leave administration, or People Operations with hands-on ownership of US benefits and leave
• Working knowledge of FMLA and multi-state leave including state PFML and disability programs, CFRA and PDL, intermittent leave and leave stacking
• Hands-on experience running the ADA interactive process and PWFA accommodations with sound documentation and confidentiality
