A service-minded HR operator with 2-4 years in shared services who loves fast, high-volume problem solving, clear writing, and accurate data. You care about great employee experience across cultures and time zones.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Shared Services or HR service center
• Experience supporting a multi-country workforce
• Experience working a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk or similar and managing to SLAs
• Working knowledge of HR fundamentals including policies, leave, verifications, onboarding and offboarding
• Workday HCM experience executing lifecycle transactions with high data accuracy
• Sound judgment on when to escalate sensitive or country-specific matters
• Clear written communication with ability to explain policies concisely
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with flexibility for EMEA and APAC coverage
• Discretion handling confidential employee information
