A seasoned distributed systems leader with deep GPU performance intuition who thrives on rigorous, reproducible benchmarking and mentoring high-performing engineers to prove real-world AI performance at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services with expertise in large-scale ML training workloads
• Proven track record architecting or building planet-scale data systems such as telemetry platforms and data warehouses
• Deep understanding of GPU performance, model-server stacks and distributed training frameworks
• Proficient with Kubernetes and ML control planes including SUNK, Kueue and Kubeflow in production
• Excellent communicator able to interface with executives, customers, auditors and OSS communities
