Requirements

• Experience managing recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition operations, or comparable service-delivery team in fast-paced high-volume environment
• Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members while allocating work across competing priorities
• Experience producing weekly dashboards or reports measuring recruiting activity, capacity, service levels, and operational performance
• Experience translating recruiting data and trends into workforce plans, forecasts, and recommendations for business leaders
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage recruiting operations
