Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business or related field
• 10+ years in critical facility operations with 5+ years in senior multi-site leadership
• Experience scaling data center operations in cloud, hyperscale, GPU or HPC environments
• Proven record leading geographically dispersed 24/7 operations teams
• Experience managing large-scale capital and operational budgets
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling and networking
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute, ISO, OSHA and building codes
