Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy and sharing models.
• Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with SOX/Compliance teams in SOX-regulated environment including audits, UARs and change-management controls.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations including SSO, provisioning, authentication and user lifecycle management.
• Willingness and aptitude to take on hands-on development work alongside core admin duties.
• Curiosity about AI agent creation and AI-powered automation for GTM processes.
• Experience partnering with offshore and distributed teams across time zones.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
