Senior Associate, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 3-5 years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or SEC reporting at a public company
• Ability to research and apply US GAAP and SEC regulations to complex matters
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Experience collaborating with auditors, legal counsel and cross-functional teams
