Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics engineering or financial analysis, including 3+ years writing SQL in production
• Advanced SQL with complex joins, window functions, CTEs and performance tuning on large datasets
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, semantic layers and data governance
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma or similar
• Solid finance fundamentals including financial statements, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, budget-vs-actuals and month-end close
• Ability to reconcile reporting to source systems and general ledger and explain variances
• Clear communicator who bridges finance partners and engineers with strong ownership
