Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience in fast-paced technology company
• Substantial experience negotiating complex commercial technology agreements
• Experience with high-value, infrastructure-heavy and cross-border transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills with sound commercial judgment
• Comfortable operating independently at pace across U.S. time zones
• Experience counseling senior business leaders on legal and commercial risk
• Track record of building or improving legal processes and workflows
