Data-driven finance owner with 5+ years in enterprise credit and collections who thrives on complex escalations, cross-functional problem-solving, and using automation and AI to improve cash flow while preserving customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Credit & Collections, including 3+ years managing large enterprise-level portfolios
• Experience with credit reviews, credit limits and payment terms in Salesforce
• Hands-on month-end close experience including bad debt reserves, CECL, write-offs and audit support
• Comfortable reading customer financial statements to assess credit risk
• Advanced Excel skills with complex reporting models and dashboards
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership and customers
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred
