Requirements

• 5+ years managing a complex function or multiple related teams led by managers/tech-leads
• Experience running engineering operations for high-scale services with 99.95%+ availability, 10K+ RPS
• Demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across org boundaries
• Track record of aligning Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure stakeholders
• Willingness to work on-site in Sunnyvale, California
• Experience building security products or platforms for enterprise or regulated customers (preferred)
• Experience with identity, key management, encryption, secrets management or security integrations (preferred)
