• Support executive and senior-level searches across Operations, IT, Revenue and G&A
• Build executive pipelines via talent mapping, research and market briefs
• Drive personalized outreach to engage hard-to-reach executive talent
• Use AI sourcing tools and track outreach analytics to refine strategy
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on intake and calibration
