Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in firmware, embedded systems, or FPGA development for server-class, platform, or embedded systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on professional experience developing with Intel/Altera FPGA devices
• Strong proficiency in Verilog or SystemVerilog for RTL development
• Strong proficiency in C or C++ for low-level firmware and platform integration
• Experience with board bring-up, hardware validation, and system-level debugging
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PCIe
• Experience using schematics, design specs, and device datasheets
• Experience debugging interactions across FPGA, firmware, BIOS, and hardware layers
• Comfort working in Linux environments with Git-based workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex cross-layer failures
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
