Requirements

• 5+ years managing or leading data service infrastructure teams
• 5+ years hands-on software or infrastructure engineering
• Understanding of database internals and query and transaction lifecycle
• Background with cloud-native architecture separating compute from storage
• Experience operating production services at scale with reliability practices
• Understanding of CAP theorem, concurrency models and data modeling
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for event-driven and stateful orchestration
