Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering
• Experience operating services in production and at scale with reliability engineering concepts
• Understand CAP theorem and concurrency models and define data models
• Familiar with distributed NewSQL datastores such as CockroachDB, TiDB, YDB, Yugabyte and/or stream processing tools such as NATS or Kafka
• Experience designing and operating distributed data systems at scale
• Familiar with Kubernetes for event-driven and/or stateful orchestration
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and Linux storage and networking stacks
• Proficiency in Go/Python/Java
