Requirements

• Minimum 5 years developing, operating and maintaining backend services in production
• Strong proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful/gRPC API design and async messaging
• Fluency with observability best practices including logging, metrics and alerting
• Solid understanding of relational databases, schema design and SQL
• Commitment to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Ownership of code quality, performance and maintainability through production
• Experience with authentication, authorization and security best practices
• Track record debugging complex performance bottlenecks and distributed failures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
