Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production
• Experience with storage protocols and filesystems such as S3, NFS, Ceph or DAOS
• Proficiency in systems programming language such as Go, C or Rust
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools to augment software development
• Familiarity with storage observability tools and telemetry pipelines
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes and scalable architectures
