Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 8-10+ years in storage systems engineering or infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production
• Experience with storage protocols (e.g. S3, NFS) and filesystems like Ceph, DAOS
• Proficiency in systems programming with Go, C or Rust
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools to augment software development
• Familiarity with storage observability and telemetry pipelines (ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes and scalable architectures
