Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years building or operating large-scale distributed systems as a platform, systems, or software engineer or in a deeply technical Kubernetes-focused field role.
• Written and run Kubernetes operators or controllers in production in Go or Rust using CRDs to extend the API.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals including API server, etcd, scheduler and controllers and how they work together.
• Solid working knowledge of admission control and policy, RBAC and ServiceAccounts.
• Hands-on experience with Helm, GitOps delivery and observability with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Able to explain technical problems clearly to engineers and executives, building trust with customers.
