Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar)
• Comfortable in Python and confident writing and reading code with customers watching
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments day to day
• Strong communicator who can explain technical ideas to engineers and executives
• Good at breaking down messy, open-ended problems into a clear plan with customers
• Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities without dropping the ball
