Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years building or operating large-scale storage systems in engineering or deeply technical field role
• Solid working knowledge of NFS v3/v4 and S3-compatible object storage
• Hands-on experience with distributed or parallel filesystem such as VAST, WEKA, Lustre or Spectrum Scale
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes storage including CSI drivers, PVs, PVCs and StorageClasses
• Highly comfortable benchmarking with fio and distinguishing metadata-bound vs bandwidth-bound workloads
• Clear communicator who explains technical issues to engineers and executives and builds customer trust
