Requirements

• 3+ years building test infrastructure, systems software, or platform tooling at scale
• Fluent in Python with Rust experience or strong systems background and appetite for Rust
• Comfortable operating in Kubernetes and reasoning about build, containerize, deploy and test
• Solid Linux systems background including boot chain, kernel, drivers and low-level debugging
• Real testing discipline with strong views on flakiness, hermeticity and signal
• Clear communicator who treats the test framework as a product for other engineers
