Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows
• Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems
• Experience with GenAI driven automation in a Legal context
• Experience with system integrations and APIs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
