Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• 10+ years in technical program management in hardware industry with NPI focus
• Proven delivery of complex hardware and firmware products from concept to mass production
• Understanding of firmware development lifecycles including BIOS/BMC/CPLD
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus without direct authority
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Understanding of GPU architectures, board design, power, thermal and system integration
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Sheets
