Requirements

• Production experience writing Go
• Deep experience with L4/L7 load balancing, reverse proxies or API gateways
• Deep Kubernetes experience with Gateway API or Ingress, operators and multiple clusters
• Strong grounding in TLS/mTLS, edge authentication and performance tuning
• Track record of setting technical direction and leading cross-team initiatives
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration
• 7+ years building and operating backend systems
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
