Requirements

• 8+ years in hardware/product quality engineering with time on server infrastructure hardware
• Ownership of quality through at least two full NPI cycles from EVT through mass production
• Technical fluency in compute architecture including power, thermal and signal integrity trade-offs
• Experience defining manufacturing test strategies including ICT, functional test and system burn-in
• Deep familiarity with FMEA, 8D/RCCA and DOE quality methodologies
• Experience managing BOM-level quality including qualification, AVL and ECO impact assessment
• Data fluency analyzing DPPM, yield and field return rates to make decisions
• Excellent cross-functional communication of quality risk and readiness to stakeholders
• Preferred experience with high-density racks, liquid cooling and hyperscale data center hardware
