Requirements

• 8+ years in robotics systems development, robot learning, or AI/ML for physical autonomous systems
• Experience in manipulation, locomotion, or mobile robotics
• Deep understanding of physical system dynamics, kinematics and real-world robot constraints
• Hands-on ability to build, validate and deploy ML solutions independently in Python
• Working knowledge of imitation learning, reinforcement learning, sim-to-real transfer or trajectory prediction
• Proven experience leading complex technical customer engagements with executive relationships
• Familiarity with robot simulation environments such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo or Gazebo
• Bachelor's or Master's in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Physics or related field
