Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions
• Strong technical understanding of data center stack including power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware
• Strong understanding of construction projects and respective milestones
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence matrixed, cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced ambiguous environment
• Exceptional communication skills articulating complex technical challenges to all levels
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment adapting to changing priorities
