Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs across multiple organizations in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, production engineering, or related environments
• Proven track record defining operating models, governance, or execution mechanisms adopted across engineering or operations organization
• Technical understanding of infrastructure and production-service dependencies with judgment on sequencing, reliability, capacity, security and recovery tradeoffs
• Experience managing maintenance, migrations, or production changes including risk assessment, readiness, validation and rollback planning
• Experience coordinating external providers or vendors and aligning their processes with internal operational requirements
