Requirements

• 10+ years of thermal management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience in heatsinks, thermal interface materials, liquid cooling, heat exchangers and fans
• 10+ years designing complex thermal systems for hyperscale data centers
• Experience in liquid-cooled data center architectures, including cold plates, wetted material compatibility, and CDUs
• Strong thermal design expertise
• Experience leading cross-functional design efforts in fast-paced environments
• Strong documentation and design review practices
• Understanding of rack-level thermal requirements and impact on upstream infrastructure including CDUs, facility piping, and chillers
