Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years technical program management in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems or AI/ML platforms
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs for scheduling, cluster infrastructure or ML platforms
• Strong fluency in Kubernetes, Slurm or similar schedulers, distributed systems and AI training workflows
• Track record defining metrics and delivering improvements in performance, reliability and scale
• Excellent communication and ability to influence engineering, product and executive stakeholders
