• 4+ years supporting senior executives, ideally more than one at a time
• Sharp judgment on what is urgent, what can wait and what never reaches the exec
• Clear, polished written English
• Proactive problem-spotter who fixes issues before being asked
• Experience with personal admin alongside professional, with discretion
• Organised and dependable, comfortable building process in a ~90-person company
• At home in Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools
