Ideal candidate

A hands-on accounting generalist with startup experience who loves building processes from scratch, spotting inefficiencies and automating them away to keep finance lean as the company scales internationally.

Requirements

• 4+ years in accounting or controlling, ideally mixing firm and in-house startup experience
• Owned month-end close end to end
• Track record building or improving processes in fast-changing startups
• Hands-on ERP / modern finance stack experience and quick to learn new tools
• Familiarity with Dutch, Swiss and/or US statutory reporting and filings
• Comfort working cross-functionally across Finance, People and Legal
• Strong prioritization and clear process documentation skills
• Able to be in office at least 3 days a week
