Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL and fine-tuning
- Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimization
- Hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.
- Experience building production ML deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel every 4-8 weeks for customer visits
- Preferred: Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark
