Requirements
- Min 4 years' experience
- Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL and fine-tuning with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
- Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimization
- Hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
- Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark (preferred)
- Willing to travel to customers once every 4-8 weeks as needed
