Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the manufacturing sector
• At least 5 years in a GTM, strategy or business development role within enterprise technology
• Proven success taking technology products to market with measurable commercial outcomes
• Expert-level domain knowledge in software-defined vehicles, industrial AI, agentic supply chain or AI-driven engineering
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI technology landscape for manufacturing
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Track record building trusted relationships with senior executives in APJ
• Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts into business narratives
