Requirements

• 8+ years leading workforce or organizational transformation in technology adoption context
• Owned transformation outcomes end-to-end, not just program design
• Led C-suite/VP-level sponsorship conversations to drive adoption at scale
• Ability to assess workflows and design capability pathways for change
• Understanding of change management, sponsorship models and adoption curves
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building playbooks from scratch
• Comfortable with commercial scoping, pricing input and delivery commitments
• Familiarity with data and AI platforms and enterprise adoption challenges
