Requirements

• Extensive experience leading technical customer-facing organizations in enterprise software, cloud, data, AI or related environment
• Proven success leading through managers and building a high-performing leadership team
• Track record recruiting talent, developing leaders and evolving organizational structure for scale
• Strong strategic and business judgment linking market insight to measurable business outcomes
• Experience designing and running operating models across multiple teams, segments or geographies
• Ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, Product, Engineering and executives
• Executive-level customer-advisory skills for complex programs, escalations and transformation roadmaps
• Strong technical credibility across data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud architecture, governance and security
• AI-first, builder mindset with scalable application of AI to customer outcomes and effectiveness
