Requirements

• Multiple years managing technical instructors including global, multi-region team
• Experience across full training lifecycle: design, delivery, and evaluation
• Track record building and scaling capacity across employed and partner workforces
• Technical depth in data, analytics, and AI; Databricks certification preferred
• Workforce capacity planning using utilization, quality, CSAT and coverage data
• Experience designing instructor development and train-the-trainer programs
