• Experience managing PR agencies across diverse regions and media landscapes
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior business leaders and field teams
• Sharp news judgment — able to spot and shape a story from business developments like market entries, customer wins, or new offices
• Comfort operating across time zones and cultures, balancing global consistency with local relevance
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
