Requirements

• Strong fundamental knowledge of end-to-end data systems implementation across technology, operations and security/governance
• Production-level implementation experience as an engineer or project manager preferred
• Proven experience selling services offerings across implementation, advisory, education and change management
• Experience in senior customer-facing roles influencing business and technology audiences
• Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
• Experience owning projects/programs in agile scrum/kanban and waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer pain points using modern technologies, particularly AI agents
• Excellence in presentation and proposal skills driving project governance and scalable delivery
• High-level orchestration skills aligning internal and external stakeholders on large initiatives
• Strong service delivery and program management skills delivering customer success outcomes
• Prior project/program proposal experience at Consulting, SI, or Software/Cloud vendor preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
• Excellent written communication skills in English
