Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Experience managing teams working on distributed systems, networking, cloud or platform infrastructure
• Strong technical judgment and ability to engage deeply on complex systems architecture
• Track record leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional engineering initiatives
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability, performance and operational excellence
• Experience developing senior engineers and building high-performing teams
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizational boundaries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
