Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineers building and operating distributed systems in production, ideally control-plane or orchestration services
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
• Deep technical fluency to review architecture, challenge design tradeoffs, and coach senior ICs
• Experience with multi-cloud or multi-region service deployment across AWS, Azure, GCP
• Bias toward operational rigor with observability, SLOs, pre-mortems, and healthy on-call culture
• Experience building and scaling high-caliber teams including hiring and elevating L3-L5 engineers
