Requirements

• 12+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or finance systems owning production-grade pipelines end-to-end
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on Apache Spark and Databricks platform experience
• Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines from NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Zuora or similar into a data lake
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts including close, revenue recognition, intercompany, chart of accounts
• Ability to translate ambiguous Finance requirements into well-architected, maintainable solutions
• Comfortable driving technical conversations with engineering peers and non-technical Finance stakeholders
• Experience building Finance-facing dashboards, self-service BI and executive reporting layers
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for applying them to Finance workflows
