- 8+ years total technical experience

- Strong technical background evaluating architectures across distributed computing, cloud ecosystems, CI/CD and MLOps/GenAI
- Proven ability to manage delivery timelines, scoping, conflict resolution and executive customer relationships up to Director level
- Databricks Certification required or path to completion
