Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM landscape, trade-offs, and suitability for use cases
• Deep expertise in GenAI patterns including RAG, agents, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Strong ML/DL foundations including distributed training, GPU workloads and MLOps
• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem including PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow, Spark
• Experience with Databricks platform including Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent consultative communication with engineers and technical executives
• Track record of technical leadership, mentorship and operating at startup pace
