Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM landscape, trade-offs, and use-case suitability
• Deep expertise in modern GenAI patterns including RAG, agents, and evaluation
• Strong ML and deep learning foundations including distributed GPU training and MLOps
• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem such as PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow, Spark
• Experience with Databricks platform including Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent consultative communication with engineers and technical executives
• Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
