Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM landscape, including proprietary and open-source models, trade-offs and suitability
• Deep expertise in modern GenAI stack including RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation and safety
• Strong foundations in ML and deep learning including distributed training, GPU workloads and MLOps lifecycle
• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem including PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow and Spark
• Experience with Databricks platform including Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search and Unity Catalog
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with engineers and senior technical executives
• Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
• Comfort operating at the pace of digital-native high-growth customers
