Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM landscape, trade-offs, and use-case suitability
• Deep expertise in modern GenAI stack including RAG, agents, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Strong foundations in ML/DL, distributed training, GPU workloads and MLOps lifecycle
• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem including PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow and Spark
• Experience with Databricks platform including Mosaic AI, Model Serving and Unity Catalog
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Excellent consultative communication with engineers and technical executives
• Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
• Comfort operating at pace of digital-native high-growth customers
